WHO AM I?

Discovering who you are can be challenging.  Asking yourself the question, WHO AM I?; is more common than you think! Finding your true identity can be a life long journey, and it isn’t just this one question that defines you…..its many!

Things we do in the world such as playing a sport, socialising with friends, volunteering, or helping someone in need… are helpful activities, for they improve and define skills and abilities. However it is also important to find balance and to pay attention to your inner world, such as your thoughts, feelings, values, and beliefs. These questions may relate to your culture, situations at school, family issues, or worldly events.    There are many activities to choose from that can help you answer these questions, such as  journal writing, finding your religious calling, relaxation exercises; dreaming; talking to a friend and singing. Giving yourself the chance to answer these statements can help you improve self-esteem, and give further clarity to answering the big question, WHO AM I?

Here are some statements that can get you started:

I HAVE ………………………………………………………………

I BELIEVE that everybody deserves to be loved and feel safe.

I BELIEVE……………………………………………………………

You could also ask yourself questions such as…
